32 inch all in one touch screen display monitors windows 10

Ordered some not-cheap touchscreen monitors from Alibaba and received touchscreen displays running Windows 10 instead. They're not taking returns so here I am stuck with them trying to recover at least some of the costs. They work perfectly fine, brand new, just cannot be used for the niche application I bought them to serve. Two 32" available. i3 processor and 4gb ram. Won't do any heavy lifting computing but works really well as a touchscreen computer for light duties. 700$ each for 32" (display area approx 696mm*391mm).
